Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mild mobile application ("App") operated by mild ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using mild, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

mild provides general fitness and wellness content for informational and motivational purposes only. The workouts, plans, and guidance within the App are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before beginning any new exercise program, consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern. By using mild, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risk and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the App.

Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use mild. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use mild with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

User Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information you provide is found to be inaccurate, false, or in violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

mild may offer free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features are billed through Apple's App Store in accordance with Apple's payment terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the App.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

Intellectual Property

All content within mild — including but not limited to workout programs, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of mild or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

User-Generated Content

If you submit photos, progress entries, or other content to the App, you grant mild a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content solely to provide and improve the service. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and warrant that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, mild disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mild and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including injury, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to mild at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page or via in-app notification. Your continued use of mild after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the territory where mild operates.
